Montenegro Coast Pet-friendly Vacations

Wonderful boutique hotel. Incredible view of the bay from our room. The breakfast spread was comprehensive and delicious. The private beach in front is very easily accessible and lovely to swim in. The staff are very friendly, very accommodating and very responsive. 5 stars. Would absolutely visit again.

Staff was great

The property is extremely well-situated in the old town, and the pick-up/drop off service from the entrance to the car free zone is extremely helpful. Though there is a bit of shabbiness (my bathroom fixtures were loose and/or broken, which didn’t really affect their use), it was made up for by the very friendly staff. The pool is small but in such a beautiful location and there were lots of loungers. The only real complaint is the noise ffom the outdoor clubs that goes on past “quiet time”. Sadly, there’s probably not much the hotel can do about it, and earplugs helped a lot. Considering the price of competing properties, this was good value.

Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We weren’t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was.

Located directly on the main coastal road, so it's super easy to find! We always found a parking space right outside the restaurant, but even if we were unable to find a space there are plenty of other free spaces both across the road and a very short walk down it. Reception is very small, but they make it really easy to check in and out. There are no lifts/elevators, so be prepared to carry a case down a number of flights of stairs, although they will help you with that if needed. Our room was number 3, on the ground floor, so the furthest from the restaurant but the closest to the beach and shops. The room was very large, and had a great shower and the coldest fridge we've ever seen! If you leave a glass of water in there for too long, it will turn to ice! We also appreciated having a balcony, although the view was very limited on the ground floor obviously. Plenty of places to see the famous Sveti Stefan island, and also to watch the beautiful sunset. Breakfast starts at 8am, but be warned that the best 3 tables will already be taken before that time by people looking for the best view. The restaurant staff were great, especially the young lady with whom we had a really nice chat. Plenty of decent options for the a la carte breakfast, and good portion sizes too. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. There's also a nice 3.8 mile walk up Jegorov Put to a great viewpoint of Sveti Stefan and Budva if you don't mind a bit of a climb.
