The rooms were not that amazing. It does not feel like a 5 star room at all. I feel like everything in that room is basic. Everything is white and ikea quality. The place is ok. Not much entertainment except the casino and sometimes Jazz night which is once in a blue moon.
Some restaurants were closed because of hours so for example the Regatta, only breakfast and the rest of the week it was closed except for fridays to sunday after 6pm.
One of the annoying things was that most restaurants are not kid friendly. For example they do not have a kid’s menu and it is written kids under 5 eat free but they do not specify that you need to buy a plate for it to be free.
Everything is expensive. The small cut up fruit bowls were 12$ a small beer cup was 16$
The beach was not that clean, a lot of food and cigarettes on the sand and the water was not clear ( not the hotel’s fault)
I HIGHLY recommend going to Mexico to a 5 star resort. At least it is all inclusive and much for fun
