The apartment itself was as pictured and described. We were wanting to eat in suppers and breakfasts and the full kitchen was well appointed. It was very clean.The facilities - pool (we used the indoor lap pool) and gym - were great. Note: there is an extra charge to use the gym. Overall, stay was good but you’d definitely need a car to stay here as it’s quite a hilly area and pretty far from any shops. When we checked in, there were no toiletries, hand soap, etc provided for our week-long stay and as it was a Friday the concierge wasn’t able to help (apparently they are usually provided but this got missed) so we had to drive back to the store which was about a 20-30 min round trip drive at night in an unfamiliar area. Not ideal so perhaps check what is supplied before you drive up to Aloha Hill. It’s got “Hill” in the title for a reason…we counted 94 steps to get down (and back up!) to the pool. Okay for us but if you have any mobility challenges, this resort might not be for you.
