The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

We had a lot of luggage and it was quite difficult just getting it to reception at the beach end of the hotel as I was unable to get my car to the front of the building. The parking at the hotel is expensive and almost impossible to use as it is so tight of space.
Don’t be on floor 9 as the water tanks are noisy and constantly being refilled. The decor is quite dated but clean and functional.
The staff are very friendly and it is in an excellent position for the town and restaurants etc.

Nice property from inside but poorly maintained from outside. Needs landscaping. It's part of a club and the court was very dirty. Even saw water leak damage in stairway walls
