This place will price gouge at checkout. Pool fee $50, parking $30, resort fee $52, tourism fee $5, destination fee $5. This is per day! Three day stay coast us over an extra $300.

This is a real gem: very peaceful, great amenities, helpful staff. Cottage 4 felt like a luxury apartment. Convenient to everywhere. Look forward to a return.

Upon check in - I was informed I needed a CC with $1200.00 available on it - at no point was I instructed of this need - I had paid for my stay prior as I do not use CC - thank goodness some in my party had one to use. The front desk person was not friendly about this = I have read my information from Expedia and nowhere is it stated - nor is it on your resort site. The bar at the pineapple pool was on point - Annette at the front desk was very helpful also. Breakfast at the cafe was well priced and good. My room was also always cleaned - Like i previously said the only complaint would be about the credit card and how the front desk person was not kind or friendly regarding this.

Excellent place to stay

Great location and hotel!

Nice clean room. one smoking area is not enough. no on site restaurant or snack bar of vending for snacks.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a bag of Key Lime cookies waiting for us on arrival. We appreciated boxed instead of bottled water that was always available in-room at no extra cost. But the thing we enjoyed most was the secluded Bali Bar, which was hidden away from busy Duvall Street. The live music was excellent and the. bar tenders were very accommodating. There are many hotels and places to stay in Key West but we would definitely return to this one. Highly recommend!
