Everything was great. Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff, the casino machines paid out better than the other casinos I've stayed at in the past. Only downfall was the elevators. Several were down and it took forever to get on one. The wait time was ridiculous. Nothing is in walking distance. But then again it wasn't right on the strip. It was close to other popular casinos though.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room had a lot of plumbing issues. We had a lot of issues the door reader. The toilet paper holder was broken and fell to the floor all the time that’s not sanitary. when complain to the front, they told us that we needed to get a hold of our own housekeeping for that room, but we’re on vacation so we don’t have time to be looking for maintenance.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

This place is amazing. We have a big family. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean and beautiful room. Absolutely amazing and look forward to staying there again and again. Love this place!
