Kice Island Kid friendly Vacations

The property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the overall setting, but there are several things that could definitely be improved. Self-parking is available, but there are not enough spaces near the property. We were told our options were either to park by the tennis courts, which are quite far, or use valet parking, which is an additional expense. For a property at this price point, I believe adequate and convenient self-parking should be available. We also went to the pool on Sunday around 5 PM and there were no towels available. We had to ask three different staff members before towels were finally brought out about 30 minutes later. The most concerning issue happened at checkout. Our bill was initially around $468, even though the actual charges should have been roughly half of that amount. When I questioned it, the bill was reviewed and corrected. I’m glad they fixed it, but guests should not have to catch such a significant billing error themselves. Overall, it is a beautiful property, but considering the price, I expected better attention to these details.

Great location for get unique island travel experience . Beautiful ocean view on Restaurant to see incredible sunset. Food was delicious also. Property needs to be maintained . Total price includes resort fee is a bit higher for current property conditions.
