The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel.
