Red Sea Coast Kid friendly Vacations

It’s my 5th. Time there and definitely going again So happy with everything and everyone there! :-)

The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!

Not recommended! Honestly disappointed we expected an overall better experience, first we were allocated one of the worst rooms they have no view, far from pool, beach, restaurant everything really, although we asked for an upgrade before and after we arrived. Upgrade options magically appeared after we checked in and complained for an extra/night that was never offered when we asked in the first place they said dont worry you dont need it we will take care of you by putting you and ur kids in a great room Eventually after complaining we moved into one of the best rooms they have supposedly which still was very outdated and literally right next to the hotel dumpster and alot of things were broken in the room the ac vents are so moldy the coffee machine at the room smelled rotten too it was never cleaned it grossed me out from having coffee for the whole trip if they didnt clean any of this what did they clean you know!, on the first night we literally had to beg and ask and call 4 times for them to bring our kids their extra beds, eventually they did 6 hours after which honestly was so annoying and discomforting to all of us! We have them on the booking we asked for it at checkin but i guess the guy was too busy choosing the worst room to give us and teaching us the dress code for the place. Finally the food was ok but the buffet was definitely limited and desserts were so bad and depressing, absolutely expected more when we booked at the "Oberoi" thats our honest feedback.

El personal es muy amable, el hotel es hermoso y la comida es deliciosa. La playa es muy buena, además de que tenés scubaworld ahí en las instalaciones, con excelente personal.

Excellent resort ,all the staff members were very helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Very good

The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.
