The air conditioner was a struggle to cool, also did not have cold water in the shower. Had to move to another room , still had challenges with the air conditioner it was later taken care of. but it was just the unnecessary inconvenience that I didn't like

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.
