Staff very courteous and helpful and the room was very nice and clean.

Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. The hotel is perfectly positioned for moving about Florence. It was nicely renovated, well maintained and clean. The staff was cheerfully attentive and helpful. When we return, not if, the Floren will be our hotel. Cheers to the staff!

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.
