Great service everyone was nice just the room is old!

Very nice staff, clean rooms good location. We had a room “garden” view and it was perfect on the upper floor quieter probably then front. We had a good stay.

Our first breakfast was excellent. The second time was horrible 😫 the staff quiet not together. Our room was short of soap, shampoo and I asked for towel nobody seems to care and not helpful. The only 1 who was kind enough to do thier job is the young man who was in main entrance who open doors, he did more for than the rest of the people we asked help.

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

Great Mid Town location, our suite was opposite the Empire State Tower. Used the Club Access every day which was a HUGE bonus for our experience. The GYM was 10/10 modern and Cool. Had a dodgy Dinner one night with our sides being forgotten, but ate out or in the club at other times. Staff were great especially in the Club and the downstairs team. Would definitely visit again
