Cattus Island County Park Fishing Vacations

Our room was very clean and comfortable. While walking around the casino there were workers cleaning. And a couple of time we were stop and asked How was everything? & Did we need help with anything? In which was very helpful considering this was my first time booking with Harrah’s. My only recommendation would be if the resort would add more restaurants options.

Great Mid Town location, our suite was opposite the Empire State Tower. Used the Club Access every day which was a HUGE bonus for our experience. The GYM was 10/10 modern and Cool. Had a dodgy Dinner one night with our sides being forgotten, but ate out or in the club at other times. Staff were great especially in the Club and the downstairs team. Would definitely visit again

Clean rooms, great continental breakfast. Was upgraded to waterfront room!!

Security Officer Karen helped out a WHOLE lot on our trip. She told us all about the Jitney ,places to eat, amenities of the hotel and casino and greeted us with every passing moment. Her customer service was excellent.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.
