This is an awesome place. Room was roomie and clean. Staff was very nice . There are several pools along with being right on the beach. There are several restaurants with very good food, portions were also good. Short drive to do some sight seeing or just stay at resort, there are plenty of things to do.

I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff

Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.

The breakfast menu was great!
The hot tub was only warm…
The restaurant had an amazing burger and the drinks were delicious☀️
Caroline in the bar was excellent!!
Ann from Jamaica was also top notch customer service as was Erik who checked us in and out- always happy and ready to accommodate!
Thanks for a wonderful week.
Think about a smoking area… that would be best, an alternative to fines and welcoming🤩
