Kevin from the front desk was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were dry and salty. The rooms were small. The cleaning staff needs training. The room amenities never got placed . Oh wait, something dis get left- a used cleaning rag on the toilet.
This is not meant to be a mean review . The location is perfect. The hotel itself is very sweet after the renovation is complete, with better staff, it could be a true gem.

Didn’t take advantage of the complimentary spa treatment because discovered needed to reserve spa appointment 24 hours in advance. However, the area was beautiful, staff was very nice, breakfast and view while eating breakfast was out of this world!

This is a vey nice hotel with professional and courteous staff. It is only a few minutes walk to Zurich Train Station (Zurich HB) and main Bus Station. It is clean and very quiet. We only wished that the cleaning crew paid a little more attention to details. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich and sightseeing immensely!
