Reichenau Island Fishing Vacations

Although the room was ok the hotel overall was very dated! The restaurant was separately run from the hotel and the pool area while nicely located on the side of the lake was in need to maintenance and modernisation… I was very surprised that the hotels.com rating for this hotel was so high… at best this is a 3-star hotel… The staff were perfectly friendly and helpful, but there were not enough of them. You had to find the restaurant staff if you wanted a drink while sat by the pool area. We did eat in the restaurant on one night and although the food was good, it was expensive.. If you are used to a good standard of hotel on holiday, I would not recommend this one.

Convenient hotel location. The rooms are a bit small but ok. Please put a door to separate the bathroom from the room. It’s extremely uncomfortable and weird to not have one and that can be easily fixed. Other than that, all and all good.

We knew we wanted a room with a view when traveling to Wengen, in fact we reserved rooms with view for all out Switzerland trip. This was by far the best view for the whole trip. It is funny but I think the hotel actually undersold the view we were going to get from the Jungfrau View room. The room itself is perfectly fine, a little rustic, and there is no AC, but the view is FANTASTIC. Do yourself a favor and book this view, you will be happy you did. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly. Great location and facilities.

Best Spa with view. Great rooms, big and clean.

Not their fault but it was 92 degrees Fahrenheit and their recycler was not working so the rooms were so hot it was impossible to sleep. Understandable they did bring me a fan but it did little.

Nice room but air conditioning not cold. Great hair dryer!! Perfect location to Old Town.
