This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful. Be sure to take a few minutes to sit in the bar area and enjoy the quiet ambiance or sit the breakfast area and sip a coffee or tea.

The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean.

Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Full sized shower was a nice surprise. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Black out curtains really kept out early morning sun.

There are not enough places to eat here and not enough staff to service everyone. It would take a half an hour to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The valet had one person working and the line was 30 minutes long. This place has a bunch of 18 year olds running restaurants that are not well trained.

Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices.

Very enjoyable room, no issues at all.... didn't spend enough time within the hotel (regarding the usage of the amenities) 'cos we attended events outside Glasgow...
We'd love to revisit and chillax a bit more ....
