This property was beautiful, clean, easy to navigate, etc. but I feel like ppl read reviews to know what to avoid. Food wise, the all inclusive package wasn’t really worth it. It didn’t include premium liquors, only cheap house liquors, and was fairly limited to be considered all inclusive. They served the exact same food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Though many options, not many that I actually wanted. So I ate chicken, rice, and ice cream each night. I wish they switched up time to time. The room itself was great, but if you’re not an early bird be prepared to be woken up around 6-7a from all the noise of other guests, housekeeping, construction, etc. the walls are incredibly thin and I never got to sleep in. Housekeeping knocked very quietly and then barged in my room around 7:45-8am which is a very odd time to think I’d be gone. Especially since I didn’t have the “please clean my room” sign on my door. In addition, they never actually cleaned my room. They just folded the blanket back and fixed the pillows. Even left cleaning bottles on the sink and never replaced towels or water in the fridge.

The place was awesome, beautiful views, nice pool, good safe parking. There is no housekeeping while there which is fine, but would be helpful to have some basic cleaning supplies available like a broom, dish soap, cleaning towels/paper towels. We went and bought some supplies, a little drive but not a big deal. We would definitely stay there again, a little more decoration inside would lively it up a little though.

This is a gated community. Tip: show your QR code when you first arrive - even if the cabbie says you don’t have to - they may drop you off at the wrong reception area. We stayed a week in a studio bungalow with a covered rear porch. Interior was clean and modern. Kitchen well stocked. Early check-in for a fee. Staff responsive on WhatsApp. eKey can be added to your phone. Less than 15 minute walk to the beach. Golf, tennis and fitness classes are available. Several restaurants on site. Excellent wifi. Safe neighbourhood to walk. Cons: Not much privacy on the porch. The coffee maker was insanely loud! You have no choice but to get up at the same time, unless one of you sleeps like the dead. A very poor experience at the Lemongrass restaurant. No one bothered to ask if they can help you, but were super quick to shoo you away from the coffee and water which was “only for golfers”. We decided not to bother spending our money there. Overall, a clean, sterile property with a beach.
