This should NOT be a 4 star hotel! We saw the largest cockroach in our room and left at midnight. Not to mention that the quality of the hotel should not qualify this for a 4 star hotel (I’d guess this is 2 star). We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with our kids, it was not a good experience.

The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The bed was not comfortable at all, the AC unit was not working properly, and the shower was extremely small. Overall, the hotel had some positives, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Had to cancel due to illness
"I actually became ill and did not want to stay in a hostel sharing rooms with other guests exposing them to my cold and severe cough and it would ruin other peoples vacations and I could not bear to have that on my guilt"
