The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

Great location, excellent service - staff friendly and competent without any pretence.
Rooms are not cramped and very nice finishes.
Pool does the job on hot days but busy and noisy for it to be a relaxing place.
Bike hire is expensive but very handy.

INK Hotel is in a fantastic location for experiencing all that Amsterdam has to offer. The staff is very friendly and so helpful! They were always willing to help regardless of the question or request. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Amsterdam.
