Best hotel I’ve stayed in

This place is central to a lot of things, shops, restaurants, bus and trains. Place is so clean and so beautiful. My family had an amazing time there. I would 1000% recommend

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

The staff was helpful as we were tourists and it was our first time there. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

El apartamento estaba limpio, sin embargo aunque ofrecen aire acondicionado, este no funciona. Al quejarme al respecto, el encargado me dice simplemente que abra las ventanas, entre el calor o el ruido de la calle y las personas de las restaurantes que están abajo del edificio no sé qué fue peor. El apartamento lo contraté para 3 personas, por lo que se armó el sofá cama de la sala. Las cortinas estaban en mal estado, no fue posible cubrir la luz de afuera. La cama principal estaba en mal estado, hundida de lado, mi papá durmió ahí, amaneció con dolor de espalda por la mala postura. El costo del apartamento de casi 600 dólares la noche no vale el servicio recibido, que fue de baja calidad. No recomiendo su estadía en este lugar.

Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!

The room was very clean. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and transportation. Very safe. I would return again.

Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, the view was beautiful and close to the ferry and bus station.

There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!

The breakfast was free and it was great. The room was a time capsule from the 80's, The air conditioner does not start work or so I was told until end of June 2026. Not even a fan but they will offer you a version of my Grandma's for your room. They said that we would have Airport shuttle - when I called they said no we don't so $80 from airport and $80 back to airport. If we wanted to work that would cost us too. It is a decent area I will give it that and we really enjoyed the Resturant breakfast and dinners - great staff.
