Staff was absolutely amazingly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle bus service to and from the waterfront. Good value for the price. Excellent food at the rooftop restaurant. Inexpensive uber from the airport to the hotel.

We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience.

Very quaint and affordable property but a little dated. Lovely location and the staff do what they can to assist you. However, you consider bringing your own seasoning blends as the food is bland. Buy a 2 oz bottle of garlic or onion powder to create your own travel seasonings. Would be nice if they used table fans to deter flies around the food.

The duvet was the wrong way around, open end at the head. Could do with more than one tea or coffee each
