Everything about this place was very professional. The staff was extremely attentive as soon as you walk in they greet you well and they ask you what you need and they make the process of checking in very easy. The rooms are kept very clean and there are cleaning staff that clean the room every day. The daily breakfast is very good and they have fresh orange juice, which tastes exceptional. The rooftop view is also very nice especially at night. It’s a nice place to take pictures. Everything about the hotel is beautiful and wonderful!

La habitación del hotel super cómoda y limpia. Todos los empleados nos trataron excelente y siempre bien amables. El desayuno incluído fue un plus y la cercanía a provenza otro plus. Nos movimos con Uber sin problema. La calle provenza mucjas opciones para comer. Me encantó

Really great place to stay if you’re going to machu pichu. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to bring our luggage to the train station when we came back from machu pichu. The hotel has an incredible view while enjoying breakfast.
