The location was very close to Public Transit... Metro & train stn was an easy walk. Bus stop outside the front door. Felt very safe walking in the area. Our Grand kids loved the games area. Could not rate any higher because of some issues (3) which could have been "one of's" but still annoying to us to have to deal with.

Very nice hotel. Only issue was the heating/ a/c - we didn’t know a remote was used for a/c, so 1st day we were exhausted and the room temperature was very hot. We got the maintenance man to come help and he showed us how to work remote. He was very helpful and room temperature went way down! Also didn’t like the huge bathroom door- was very heavy and kept running into door or shower glass wall. But otherwise everything was good!

Great location for walking around Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful and friendly when asking for help with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Very close to central station. Felt safe walking around the area
