The Hotel itself was great. The issue was that they had 9 elevators but only 4 worked. Too much time spent in or waiting on an elevator. The room was beautiful but room cleaning service didn't come on the final day. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in the room and they never came when ordered through the phones AI. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 min they sent someone up and it was fixed in 1 min.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
