I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head.

Beautiful environment and room accommodations. Loved the filtered water in the room. The robes are amazing! In room lighting could be brighter.Walls too thin..heard upstairs and outside noise each night we stayed. Told front staff but no offers to relocate us were given.

We booked a room with 2queen beds but was given one with only a king bed. The hotel said they were booked up and waived the resort fee. However, it was inconvenient as we were expecting separate beds. The room was booked months in advanced.
