Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule.
Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean.

I had an amazing stay here – honestly, it’s more than just a hostel. The staff are the best I’ve ever met, so warm and welcoming, and they go above and beyond in their service. Every detail made me feel at home, and it’s by far one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling anywhere.
