Great location. Well maintained grounds. Friendly staff.

We travelled in April with a group of friends and children aged 6-8 yrs old. It was a fantastic stay. Pros: -beautiful resort, the rooms were very spacious and the grounds well maintained. If you look around you can always see staff working hard doing maintenance, they do a great job. - so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the many pools, water park, arcade, VR room, mini golf, bowling. Some things cost extra but that was all made clear before we travelled so we were prepared for that. - the beach is beautiful, however very rough. We still enjoyed it, just keep a close watch on everyone. Again this was something we knew beforehand so we weren’t surprised. - the staff was all very friendly, this really stood out to me. It didn’t matter who we encountered, they were all lovely! Check in and check out was very smooth and they accommodated our request to be placed close to our other friends. - food was great for all inclusive. Plenty of options. We liked not having to make reservations for most restaurants. We ate early (6 pm) because of the children, and we never had to wait long to be seated. There were several breakfast options, Isla was our favourite. Nice calm atmosphere and lots of fresh options. The coffee shop in the main lobby was also amazing! Also there are food trucks around the pools which was convenient with kids! Cons: - very large, but this was not a huge hinderance for us. I will say the trolly system was excellent!

Excelente hotel, vale la pena el excellence club, la playa hermosa para caminar, hay bastante oleaje. El SPA es excelente también y los empleafos muy atentos y profesionales. Restaurante Frances no nos gusto la comida, aunque es muy bonito y el servicio muy bueno. Los mejores fueron el Agave, Magna y Oregano. No nos dio tiempo a ir al Grill. El cafe Aroma de lo mejor!!! Es un hotel, tranquilo y muy fácil para caminar, todo muy bien distribuido. El mantenimiento es continuo y las habitaciones muy amplias. Esperamos volver pronto!!!

Excellent vacation staying with this property!!

I have nothing bad to say except for the rooms. The design is so inconvenient and dumb. Bathroom and shower doors are made of glass. They are basically in the room, no separate bathroom area with a wooden door. Everyone can hear and smell your business. No hooks, so I didn’t even know where to hang my towels and clothes. Linens were slightly smelly and had some stains and holes here and there. Towels were hard and did not dry well. AC temp regulation was very poor. I pressed on low fan but it was blowing harder. It was very cold so I had to turn the AC off a lot. Also there is a sofa bed in the room so if someone sleeps there the AC will blow hard on them, anyways I was dreading coming back into the room, I was ready to sleep in the lobby on their comfy sofas! I have really nothing bad to say about the outdoor area. Bathrooms are better than in the rooms and are very clean! There are so many seating areas and lots of bars and restaurants. Everything looks pretty and delicious. Pools and beach are very clean, and there are lots of shaded areas so you won’t burn, unless you are in the water all the time. Entertainers are superb! I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Don’t forget to tip! These people work really hard! Bottom line, rooms need to be renovated asap! If that happens I’ll definitely come back! If you don’t care about where you shower and sleep then this place will be heaven for you.

This resort is absolutely beautiful, it looks like a tropical paradise. It was nice and quiet and relaxing. The food was great and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
