Friendly and helpful staff.

It is a time share property not a resort. It has very little amenities and does not offer day to day room cleaning. We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details. The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything. Kids are un supervised in the pool area and you cannot relax. If you are hoping for a refreshing time this is not the place it’s very expensive and not worth the money. The beach walk is very hard to find. The map they offer does not depict the most accurate information. There is no room service and the “restaurant” on property is very limited Not worth the money at all

I would like to thank Reunion Front Office Operations team - Tugce, Omaira, Mallory, Darya, also Anya from waterpark team, It is thanks to their warm hospitality and amazing customer service our family returns to Reunion every year! The villas are spacious, with kitchen and silverware. The lazy river in the waterpark and another pool in Seven Eagles are heated. And every time it’s the best vacation ever ! Thank you. Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor Management We booked this hotel specifically because of the water park and originally planned to stay for one night. Unfortunately, there was a storm the day we arrived, so we were unable to use the water park. Because of that, while I was still waiting for our room to be ready — approximately 20 minutes after checking in — I asked the front desk if we could extend our stay an additional night and check out Saturday instead of Friday. I was told YES, no problem. The hotel processed everything and charged the $500 incidental hold. Based on the hotel confirming our additional night, I placed a large Walmart grocery order for my entire family since we would now be staying for two days. Approximately 45 minutes after we finally got into our home, I received a call from the front desk telling me that they had made a mistake and we could no longer extend our stay in the same home because someone else had booked it. This made absolutely no sense to me. I had just been told by their staff that our extension was confirmed. We made plans and spent money based on the information THEIR staff provided us, only to have them reverse it shortly afterward. I spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with the front desk trying to figure out a reasonable solution. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor named Brian W., who would not provide his full last name. Unfortunately, Brian made an already frustrating situation significantly

The fees are rather steep so be sure to consider them when booking. The hotel is charming - a modern take on the Florida vibe without the commercial property blandness and sprawling footprint. The location couldn’t get any better - lakefront with an over water deck and the occasional alligator sighting. Literally steps to the best restaurants, shops and an ice cream parlor. The staff are superb. Every interaction seems designed to beat guest expectations. Repeat visitors will find that they remember you, your preferences, interests, and often share happenings around the town that might appeal. For a civilized escape from the theme park madness, give the Celebration Inn a try.
