Clean and comfy, I would stay again.

Location is amazing, room, pool beach. Really missing a bar with real glasses inside, everything revolves around the pool area. That said great hotel and would return!

The size was brilliant! Very high spec

Staff is very friendly. Bar options are nice. Food is very mediocre.

I arrived to my room past 1am and immediately noticed a lack of cleanliness. The bed runner was extremely stained and unwashed, there were dried stains on the bedside tables which had not been cleaned, and some rubbish found in the bathroom. In addition to this, the room was extremely outdated with every bit of furniture old and stained giving the room a real grimey feel. I didn’t want to unpack and put my stuff anywhere. As I arrived after 1am, I put the do not disturb sign on the door. The next day, I asked to switch rooms and the member of staff I dealt with said it was my fault the room was this way because I had the do not disturb sign on the door (even though it was like this when I arrived!). I moved rooms, the new room was just as dingy as the other. I didn’t notice until I went to get into bed that the bedsheets were stained this time and looked a bit mouldy. Upon my horror, when I returned the next evening, the sheets had been changed and were now both bloodstained! This is where I draw the line. For the extortionate price I paid for 3 nights in this grimey establishment, the least I expect is clean sheets without blood stains. I asked for the sheets to be changed again, which they were and the cleaner was lovely. I’d like to highlight that this is not a reflection of the cleaning staff but of the hotel itself- needs a complete overhaul with new bedding and furniture. Would not recommend to anyone. Balcony door was also loose, I felt unsafe staying here alone.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. However, the hotel’s decor is outdated. And the hotel is like a 60’s resort.

This place is perfect. Close to everything. Light snacks available all day. I am from USA and the AC is up to our standards of keeping g a room very cool. My room was on the street side and even with bars close by there was no noise issue at all.

Unfortunately, our stay at this all-inclusive resort was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected. The food was not good at all and was very basic. The selection was limited and seemed almost exactly the same every day. Overall, the food was below the standard I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The pool area was poorly designed and lacked basic facilities. Like nowhere to put your drinks, phones or personal belongings. Everything had to be left on the floor. There was also no convenient place to put things when getting in and out of the pool. This was very inconvenient. The drinks were honestly the worst I have ever tasted at an all-inclusive resort. The quality was extremely poor! The resort is advertised as being on the beach, but there is nothing specifically provided for the resort’s guests on the beach. The beach is public, and if you want a sunbed, you have to pay extra. This was very misleading and disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday. The room was very basic and certainly did not feel like the standard we expected. There were cracks in the walls and the blinds were ripped, which made the room feel poorly maintained. One of the most frustrating thing was the towel policy. If your pool towel became wet, you could not exchange it for a clean, dry one until after 5pm. This is completely impractical for an all-inclusive resort. Nothing was delivered to the room. When we requested something, we were simply told to go a get it !!
