After booking, you are informed of the additional cost of pool beds. Which I have never experienced before, we booked the hotel as it had a pool, otherwise would have used the extra for a hotel by the beach, which we ended up doing anyway. Walls are paper thin. Public transport is okay but not great. Lots of dust under bed, and on vent above bedroom door.
Overall, it does not compare to any other 4 star hotels I have experienced. And is of a worse standard than some 3 star hotels I have stayed in.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

The hotel was amazing in every way: super clean, the staff was always happy to help, the breakfast buffet had great options and delicious food as well! The location was as good as everything else. Very satisfied and happy to have stayed there! We will definitely be back!
