Das Essen war gut. Ich liebte die süssen Ananas sehr. Das Bett war bequem. Wie beim anderen Hotel war das Warmwasser knapp (ist wohl generell ein Problem in Akkra). Wir fühlten uns wohl.

It was very expensive for what was offered. The first room they offered me was mildewed and dirty. The second room at least didn’t have a horrible stench but was just so-so. For 400 a night I was expecting better service. Check in was slow and my daughter and I were the only people using the pool and they still wouldn’t give us an extra towel when we asked. Also- I had a notarized note to be able to travel with my daughter solo because my spouse had to work. The hotel still wanted a letter specific for their hotel and a copy of her birth certificate. I had never heard of that but they originally said there was no way we could stay on the property and they wanted to send us away at 7 o’clock to try and find a new place. This is after having booked a room at 400 USD a night for 5 nights. So overall my experience wasn’t great but my daughter loved the pool and the breakfast buffet was nice and the service there was excellent.

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. ..."
