We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Movenpick, Accra. The room was immaculate, as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was a wide variety to choose from to suit every palate! The best thing about our stay was the wonderful staff, warm, friendly, professional and were so helpful at any request. When next in Accra, we would definitely come back!

A hotel is dated, menu is bland, various facilities needed maintenance. Shower door handle loose, no securing nut. Room clean but shower glass panels were very dirty, had not been cleaned for a while. Internet was down most of my stay as was water ( due to burst pipe). Staff coped well despite prevailing circumstances.

I have always enjoyed staying at Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Ghana. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Osu, the airport, and other key areas of Accra. The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious, and the customer service is among the best I have experienced. Mrs. Vida Opoku consistently demonstrates professionalism, genuine care for guests, and a deep knowledge of hospitality. Staff and managers like her are a major reason why I continue to choose Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Accra. One area that could use improvement is the gym. Some of the treadmills appear outdated and would benefit from being upgraded or replaced. Overall, I highly recommend Alisa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service in Accra. It remains one of my preferred places to stay whenever I am in Ghana.
