Such a lovely hotel. The situation is perfect . Right on the promenade with lovely pool great entertainment and lovely short walk along lovely shops and cafes to the main town. You can walk for miles along the flat promenade for miles in either direction. Our favourite is towards benelmadena marina passing the cariheuela area and lots of shops cafes restaurants etc. .the room was very clean and spacious with beautiful bathroom small kitchen with great size fridge and ice box and view from balcony was amazing. The staff are lovely and very pleasant and helpful. .the food is very nice and so reasonable. You can buy from the wee beach bar and eat around the pool. .you can hire lovely thick mattresses for the sunloungers for4 euro and are so worth it and plenty of umbrellas to go round. The pool area is very clean and the water was so beautiful and lovely temperature. Its just opposite the beach which is gorgeous and again you can walk along for miles. There are supermarkets and shops very close by and lovely places to eat just on your doorstep. The cleaners where very friendly and we really just enjoyed the whole feel of the hotel in general. Would definetly go back . Plus the offer a free transfer to and from the airport which is only about 15 mins. Plus we feel its not overpriced although maybe a wee bit dated for some we enjoyed the cosy Spanish feel .

dirty room upon check in. air-conditioning not working properly in 35 plus degree weather (had to ask for a fan that took 2 days to come in and no sign of fixing the issue and no follow ups so we gave up on asking.... 3 or 4 star hotel under 5 star umbrella and no proper service (smiling and saying hello is not a service) and also check the bills for over charge of same thing if you don't sign on the ipad going around. asked to talk to someone in charge for 3 days but it looks like no one is around but front desk always says let us talk to or superiors and we wil get back to you. spa service is just up sells 50 minute service is around 34 min and the services they say that said no is added to you bill over all good location but hospitality and service does not exist for 5 star rated place, if you dont travel much this might be a good place but 3-4 star service

Les piscines sont super. Il y a des glissades d’eau pour les touts-petits. Très apprécié des enfants. Par contre, présence d’à cafards au restaurant-buffet.
