The staff is so helpful and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with a lot of options. The beds were very comfortable for me and the onyx bathroom was beautiful. Their is a refrigerator that was stocked, so we pulled out their items and put our own in. The closets lock and have a key and there is also a safe. The hotel is too far for some of us to walk to Riva or the palace so we had to use Uber to go anywhere. For a week of back and forth Uber rides were $275 for 5 days. I asked for a room with a sea view before we got there, but was told you get what is available when you check in so I didn't get the sea view I wanted. And for an American, their idea of a spa/jacuzzi temperature is very different. The jets were strong, but at 82-85 degrees the water was too cold to really help. We did not eat in the restaurant as the ratings were low, but also went down by the water and sat outside to eat. I would stay there again.

Beautiful and luxurious accommodations!! And amazing location. It has it all. The restaurants for breakfast were incredible too. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We had friends with us that stayed in other locations and they were so jealous of our accomodations. So spacious and well appointed. Toma is an incredible host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional and you have all you need. Thank you for taking such good care of us. This was such a memorable stay for us because of you!

THe location was very good. The breakfast was great. The staff were very good.

Overall the hotel is great and clean. The only issue I had was staff at breakfast. Took forever for someone to come up to us and give us menus and then took forever to put in order and receive the food

We stayed in one of the studio apartments at Divota Apartment Hotel and had a great experience. Our apartment had two beds, a kitchen, refrigerator, and even a washing machine, which was really convenient during our trip. The apartments are spread between different buildings, so our room was about a three-minute walk from the main reception building. The location was excellent—only about a 10-minute walk to the city center, so we could easily walk everywhere while still staying in a quieter area. The apartment was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our stay. Breakfast is also served in a separate building, about a three-minute walk away, but it was definitely worth it. There was a great variety of choices, everything was plentiful and constantly replenished, and the staff made coffee fresh to order. We were very comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay. Great location, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, and a spotless apartment. I highly recommend Divota Apartment Hotel!
