We unfortunately had a very disappointing stay. Our room on a Wednesday night had a broken air conditioner. The a/c unit had been leaking prior to our stay, and there was water soaking all around the carpet near the windows and between the bed and window walking area. Because there was no a/c, coupled with the standing water and wet carpet, the room smelled awful. When we asked for a different room, they said they were fully booked and could not change our room. They offered a fan and air freshener spray, that's it. Overnight the temperature in the room climbed to 80°, which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping environment. Anyone thinking they might have comped the room....well, nope, you'd be wrong. So disappointing. Definitely will not be booking this chain of hotels again.
