    "Amazing location, friendly staff and wonderful experience. The room was huge, staff was super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very varied and delicious ! The beachfront property was truly amazing. Free boat service to St-Mark's square was super useful. An item was forgotten in our room upon departure and the service was impeccable. Yes, it was more expensive in general but with the pool and the beach during a heatwave, it was truly worth it."

    "If I came back to Venice I would stay again. In a quiet residential area great for someone looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Less than a mile walk to public transportation (water bus) with easy access to all the places you’d want to visit. You have to walk a bit to get to the free public beach- you can’t access it from the end of the road. Friendly staff, cozy room, good atmosphere."
