The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bartenders, they were all so wonderful, polite and hospitable. The location of the hotel was beautiful and convenient, across the street from the train station but far enough not to feel the business of the station. We enjoyed relaxing with our drinks outside enjoying the view of the Grand Canal from the deck outside the hotel.

Small rooms but loved everything else!!!

We stayed on our way to the cruise. It was such a cute hotel.

The hotel was beautiful- pristinely clean and well maintained. It was very conveniently situated near to Treviso with the city centre, railway and bus stations a 20 minute walk away or a €11 taxi ride. On site parking was a bonus and the hotel is situated conveniently for access to major roads. Staff were helpful and efficient - room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was spotless - cleaned every day and toiletries, water, coffees replenished. Must give a special mention to our cleaning lady who was very friendly and delightful as well as cleaning to a very high standard. The spa facilities were very good and we enjoyed a morning there when the weather was poor and felt rejuvenated after many days walking/ climbing in the mountains. Breakfast was offered in a generous time slot of 7am-10am and whilst busy was always good and varied, special dietary requirements seemed to be catered for with gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options available, if a little limited. Evening meal at the restaurant was absolutely superb - beautifully presented, served well and tasting delicious, very good value for money too. Thoroughly enjoyed, all round good experience and should I ever return to Treviso would book to stay again.

The hotel is new and beautifully done. It’s in a nice location away from the crowds in San Marco Piazza. The customer service at the hotel was poor, they didn’t care. We were jet lagged and overslept one of the days when our alarm did not go off. We missed breakfast and they even refused to give us a cup of coffee. They also charge 15 Euros for a water shuttle which is crazy since everyone takes the shuttle since that’s the only way to get to the hotel. Overall, disappointed by the poor customer service at the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms are good size. Great location. Not far from the water taxi. One small bridge to go over with approximately 7 stairs up and then down.

This hotel was fabulous. The front desk helped to organize our trip to the airport after 2 nights here. The room fit 4 very comfortably. 2 showers was awesome, saved a lot of time. The elevator is very small, but we were on the 1st floor, and took the stairs a lot. The towels are super absorbent and feel great. There were slippers, shower caps and toiletry kits in the bathroom. The shower body/hair wash smelled fantastic. Lots of towels! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The safe also worked very well. Right across the street from the Venezia Mestre Train Station - super handy for going to and from Venezia St. Lucia station.
