The interior of hotel was excellent. The art glass displays added elegance. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to museums and public transit.

We liked our room, 4 travelers. Staff was a accommodating to our needs of extra towels,
help with luggage and arranging taxis for us.
Breakfast was enjoyable except for 1 thing.
Coffee!! Surprised hotel did not have an espresso machine like many of the Euro hotels that we’ve been to. The premade coffee was not good.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and clean. Location is a bit of a walk to the Danube, but not too bad.
Excellent choice - it was a great facility.

Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.
