Very nice and friendly service, clean hotel. I recommend it.

This hotel has probably the most friendly staff we have ever experienced yes there is a lot of building going on in the area but the staff and facilities outweigh that negative

The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. The breakfast dining room had lots of flies. I saw a fly stuck to a fried egg during the breakfast buffet The outdoor pool was nice to look at, but very cold. The staff were helpful with information about where I can visit in Malta and they were helpful with carrying my lugage to the room when I arrived.

Everything was excellent

I booked Sea View Suite for 3 nights, next property to stay with excellent food. Staff is very good!! I worldly preferred to stay again and enjoy the whole property. Only one thing which was not comfortable for me is double sofa bed in living room which was not so comfort to sleep due to sinking mattress.

I had a harbour view suite with a patio. Room was clean. There's a lot of construction in the area. Hotel has a bus stop right out front with quick access to all around, also has the Airport Direct bus stop. The hop on/hop off bus has a stop less than 5 minutes away. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the area walking around. Hotel staff was very helpful. The a/c is climate control and a little warm for me. I asked if they had a fan which staff immediately provided. They also provided the outlet plug adapter for my converter so I could charge my electronics. Didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was beautiful. Very well thought out and immaculate. Someone came to our room every evening to ask if we needed anything. They even dropped off some chocolates each night! Would definitely return here in the future.
