Good clean room that was cleaned every day. All the hotel staff, from the hotel receptionists to the waiters in the restaurants, to the housekeepers and of course the bar staff all were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Although there is a gym, it is a bit cramped, but functional.

We visit the Hilton for a 2 nights stay from Friday 30th Jan 26 - Sunday 1st Feb 26. The staff were very helpful and were able to advise on locations to visit during our short stay. Nothing was too much for the staff and everything was effortless.

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.

Room perfectly clean, warm and comfortable with a great view. Staff friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast terrible. The hot selection was cold. The only item remotley edible was the scrambled eggs. Dont let this put you off booking but go room only

Room is good, but lots of daytime noise currently due to the Hard rock resort being built accross the street
