We needed a room close to QPAC, at a reasonable price, and this was ideal.
The property is a bit tired, but the room - apartment, really - was clean, a good size, and an easy walk to QPAC. Fully-equipped kitchen very useful.

I arrived early, before two o'clock. The staff said they would call when the room was ready. I checked back at one o'clock, and the room was not ready. Finally, at 2 p.m., I went to the desk, and they had several room keys to hand out, and the room had been ready for a while. Also, parking was part of the price, but the staff only valued it until check-out time. Previously, they would give me at least one hour to get lunch before leaving.

Ordered breakfast and was never put through kitchen and when asked the staff just casually apologised and moved on with their work
Wanted some printing done and it was a big effort from reception to get it done
Apart from that it was a nice experience
