Great location. Very friendly staff. Loved the hot tub!

We want to like this hotel, but it was impossible. The king bed mattress was old and slanted, so we did not sleep at all and had body pain the next day. TV also didn't work. The parking map was wrong and the staff was not aware. Big improvements are needed. It is rare to have a bed you cannot sleep in. Truly disappointed.

Staff at desk and pool very helpful and kind. Beautiful room, amenities and location. I rode one of their wonderful bicycles to the beach. It was a wonderful stay thank you.

The Salt House Inn was beautiful and well maintained. The Inn was peaceful and relaxing with service second to none. The breakfast provided was delicious and a definite step above expectations. Onsite parking was great especially with such a central location to all the restaurants and stores and activities of Provincetown.

our door and the door jam was broken so we had to put a table in front of it to feel safe. the maintenance guy had nothing to fix it . there was grime around the sink and shower . we had multiple dirty washcloths and the blankets were stained. the cleaning staff also came in when they stated they don't unless you ask .

Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.
