Valencia Coast Adults Only Vacations

Positives: polite staff, clean rooms and very good spa facilities that are cheaper than advertised (we paid 38 euros for both of us, and went twice. Highly recommend). Negatives: this is not a four star experience - is suspect it’s four star due to the space facilities but everything else more like three stars. The corridors and rooms smell of smoke, very very uncomfortable beds. Not nice pool or snack bar area. If you are a meat eater you will love breakfast - for vegans / lactose intolerant very limited options (but understandable as it is Spain, typically there are just many more options). Ultimately I think this hotel is overpriced for what it is, but if you aren’t planning on using your room much then it might be for you, can’t fault the staff or spa.

This hotel certainly is not Flash! Definitely not a 4*! Check in took hours as we were given a room that still had guests in and then given the wrong room, and then told that Hotels.com had booked the wrong room! Food was awful! No variety and very poor! Would definitely not stay here again

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is no staff to speak of after 3pm but we were able to manage by ourselves. Great location
