Pros: Rooms are clean and very large.
Cons: We travel often with our small dog and chose this hotel because they advertise themselves as “one of the most pet friendly hotels in South Lake Tahoe”. They charge a $75/night per fee, however, we were not provided with any of the advertised pet amenities (pet bed, bowls, treats, bandana, etc).
We were also supposed to receive 2 free drinks for having Expedia VIP status, however, we also didn’t received that.

Pros:
i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful!
Cons:
Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking.
Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom.
No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room.
One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it was a very cold pool.
No Complimentary coffee

Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!

Great place to stay. Excellent room at a very reasonable price.
Parking a pick-up truck (limited height) is first come first serve - fortunately I was lucky and had a spot.
