The resort is ok. It gets the job done if you’re looking to go dive the area. Other than that the resort needs an update and the staff needs more training. Our room had black mold growing at the top of the ceiling. The staff was for the most part nice but if you asked for something a lot of the times they wouldn’t acknowledge it or worse they would and then never show back up again. After the first day we gave them our laundry and it wasn’t till 30min before we left the resort on the last day did we receive it. TEVITA was extremely helpful though and he was upset that we were having a bad experience. He was amazing and I am thankful for his help. The other lady working at the front desk kept giving us different answers and different times when the laundry would be done and it was never true. Overall it’s a ok resort. It would be better if the staff had better training and also had a better or bigger breakfast menu as well.

The property was wonderful. The rooms are large, well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed the plunge pool, outdoor lounging area, beachside room, outdoor shower, tasty coffee in the room, rain shower, complementary beauty items, nightly turn down service with chocolates and stories to read, and so much more. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and memorize your name. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs throughout the day. We did not get a chance to check out the spa. I did put in a last minute request but they didn’t get back to me till after we’d left. However, to their credit, since it was raining lots of people booked the spa.

Overall, enjoyed all aspects of property. Food was good, but not excellent, could be improved. Happy Hour was a bit of a misnomer...offered one special drink at same prices and no snacks.

If you are deciding between this resort and any other resort, choose this one. It was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The service is unsurpassed. The food is delicious and plentiful. They plan excursions for you each day and the excursions are really nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for you wherever you go, along with a picnic lunch and drinks. Whatever you want, they will cater to you. The service cannot be beaten. When you arrive at breakfast, your coffee is already being prepared to your liking without even asking. If you have a question, they can answer it. They strive to make your stay memorable and relaxing. You can't go wrong booking here. You will be spoiled and never want to stay at a regular resort again. You will not want to leave! Our thanks to everyone at Tadrai for a wonderful vacation. Hope to see you all again soon!
