Great property in a great location, right along the river and looking at the Guggenheim. Restaurant was fantastic for dinner and drinks with an open air option.

Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Spain, let down here was the inattentive and dismissive demeanor of staff (except for Alex, who was wonderful) and the pool being an additional cost to access, which was not outlined during booking. The hotel was clean and in a great location, the rooms were spacious and maintained. Finally the exec team meeting that occurs in the breakfast buffet I would suggest is done when breakfast is concluded instead of blocking people’s access with no self awareness whatsoever.
