Coupon Terms and Conditions

Coupon availability

• Booking Period - 12.01am ET, 27 February 2020 to 11:59pm ET, 27 February 2020 (or such earlier time when the Coupon availability runs out)
• Travel Period - The travel dates must be between February 27, 2020 and May 31, 2020 (inclusive). Where the booking is for an activity that takes place over more than one day, the total duration of the activity must fall within these dates.
• Length of Stay: Length of stay for a qualifying booking must be at least one (1) night(s).

Qualifying bookings:

• Coupon Code Value: 15% off (Maximum savings is $300 CAD)
• Redemption Limit: Three (3) per customer

This Coupon applies to ONLY ONE of the following travel services (an “Eligible Travel Service”) booked online at www.expedia.ca or through the Canada Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App that are pre-paid at the time of booking (subject to the restrictions set out in the Terms and Conditions below). The App is available to download from (i) the iTunes store and (ii) the Google Play Store.  For details, seewww.expedia.ca/app.

• an eligible pre-pay select hotel booking;
• an eligible flight + hotel package booking; or
• an eligible pre-pay select activity booking.

This Coupon cannot be redeemed through call center.    

How to use your Coupon

• You must make your stand-alone select hotel, flight+hotel package or select activity booking using Expedia.ca or through the Expedia App.
• Use the website or the App to search for your desired travel dates, within the travel period given above.
• During the booking process, on the payment page you will see the link “Enter coupon code” where you can enter the coupon code.
• Enter the coupon code in the relevant field then click the “Apply” button. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
• Coupon redemption is complete only when you complete and pay for the booking.
• The Coupon can be used up to three (3) times. Once three (3) qualifying transactions have been made with the Coupon, the Coupon will expire.
• This offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with the above, the Coupon may be applied to an Eligible Travel Service booking made online at Expedia.ca or through the Canada Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App. The Coupon can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
2. The Coupon is valid only for up to three (3) redemptions. It will be deemed fully redeemed by you and expire once three qualifying bookings have been made, even if a booking is subsequently cancelled.
3. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against the booking of any of the following:

   • activities at Disneyland Park (Anaheim), Disney World (Orlando), Disneyland (Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai), Universal Studios (Los Angeles, Orlando, Singapore), Efteling (the Netherlands) and Dream World (Bangkok). The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice; or
   • multi-activity bookings, ie. where a booking includes more than one activity as part of a single transaction.
4. Provided that you meet the requirements herein, the Coupon entitles you to the discount off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs and excluding additional fees such as baggage, class of service, etc.
5. The Coupon is valid only for the Booking Period, for travel during the Travel Period, when booked on Expedia.ca or via the Canada Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App only, and not booked on any other Expedia site.
6. Only one Coupon per transaction may be used. In the event that you make a booking for multiple rooms in a single transaction, the discount will apply only to the lowest priced room (i.e., if you book three rooms the discount will apply only to one of the three rooms and not to all rooms).
7. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Usual booking terms and conditions apply (see https://www.expedia.ca/lp/lg-legal) and all bookings are subject to availability.
9. The Coupon may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Coupon are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefit under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar program offered by third party marketing affiliates of Expedia.
10. The Coupon cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once three qualifying bookings have been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the discount. The Coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
11. The Coupon may only be used by legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence. The Coupon is void where prohibited by law.
12. When booking using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Not all wireless service providers carry the necessary text message service to participate. Check your wireless devise for specific text messaging instructions and capabilities.
13. The Coupon may not be used by employees of Expedia Group companies or any other person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
14. Improper use of the Coupon by you, including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Coupon is prohibited, will result in the voiding of the coupon codes use, and may constitute fraud.
15. This Coupon may not be transferred or sold. Coupon codes obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
16. If Expedia becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Expedia’s reasonable opinion), that a customer: (a) has breached these Conditions of Use of Voucher Code; (b) has obtained this Coupon from an unauthorized channel; (c) has used the Coupon with a view to re-selling any travel product booked; (d) engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or (e) otherwise acted fraudulently, Expedia may, in its absolute discretion, stop the Coupon and/or cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Coupon without giving any reasons thereon. Expedia reserves the right not to refund customers for the cancelled transactions, including any non-refundable bookings.
17. For avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a customer making a booking directly on Expedia.ca or through the Canada Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
18. Expedia reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. Expedia's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.

20. Terms and Conditions of this Coupon are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Expedia, Inc. For residents of Canada who are not individual residents of Quebec, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA.  For individual residents of Quebec, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
