Overview

Visit some of the most famous delicacies of Emilia-Romagna in a day by visiting small local producers of Parmigiano cheese and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Savour typical products and explore the Ferrari and Lamborghini Museums. You will visit family-run factories in the countryside between Modena and Bologna to learn more about Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Balsamic Vinegar. All visits will be conducted by the producers’ staff, so none of your questions will go unanswered.

After the tours, you will enjoy guided tastings of local products. A light lunch aimed at exploring the gastronomic pairing of local food and balsamic vinegar will take place at the premises of a balsamic producer. DAIRY FARM / We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. After the visit, you with proceed with a tasting of different ages of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, Ricotta and Caciotta cheese, Balsamic Vinegar and Marmalade, a glass of local wine and water.
