    • Ticket is valid for Malaysian citizens only (ID required) or Non-Malaysians only (ID required), depending on ticket type purchased.
    • Valid for single redemption only. All tickets must be redeemed at the same time (no partial redemption).
    • Child ticket: 4–11 years old.
    • Adult ticket: 12 years old and above.
    • Free admission for children aged 3 years and below.

    Please be informed that Glass Box Merdeka and Glass Box Suria at Kuala Lumpur Tower will be temporarily closed for tinted film installation works according to the following schedule:
