Visit Zakir Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the emerging attractions in Zanzibar, offering a unique opportunity to experience wildlife in a more interactive and accessible environment. Located away from the busy beaches and tourist hubs, the park provides a peaceful setting where nature lovers can explore a variety of animal species while learning about conservation efforts.

Discover different animals such as giraffes, zebras, birds, and other small wildlife, many of which are native to East Africa. Get close to some of the animals under supervision, making it an exciting experience especially for families and children. This hands-on approach helps create a deeper connection between people and wildlife, encouraging awareness and respect for nature.

In addition to animal viewing, Zakir Wildlife Sanctuary emphasises education. Listen as guides explain the behaviour, habitat, and importance of each species, making the visit both fun and informative. It is also a great stop for tourists who want something different from the usual beach tours, adding diversity to their Zanzibar itinerary.

Overall, Zakir Wildlife Park is a growing ecotourism spot that combines relaxation, education, and adventure, making it a worthwhile visit for anyone exploring Zanzibar.
