Guided live by an experienced teacher through individual wireless headphones, you'll hear carefully selected music and your instructor's voice, allowing you to immerse yourself in the experience while remaining connected to the ocean and the landscape around you.
The 90-minute session combines conscious breathing, mindful movement, relaxation and meditation. It's a chance to move your body, release some of the tension of everyday life, find a moment of calm and enjoy being outdoors.
Never tried yoga before? You're very welcome. No previous experience, flexibility or particular level of fitness is required. If you already love Yoga, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy your practice in a different setting. And if you're simply curious about trying something new, you don't need to be a Yoga enthusiast to enjoy the experience.

Our morning sessions take place at around 7:30 AM, a special time to enjoy the beach before the day gets going. Depending on the season and local conditions, the start time may be adjusted by up to 15 minutes earlier or later. You'll be informed of the confirmed time in advance.
The session takes place at Playa Vista Lobos in Corralejo (Google Maps), also known as Playa Bajo del Medio. The meeting point is shared with your booking details.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the experience to take place. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted about the available options.
