Immerse yourself in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region with Mob & Wine, an original wine tourism activity: a guided ride on a vintage moped along the small roads of the UNESCO-listed vineyards of Saint-Émilion.
The concept
Climb aboard a vintage moped (Peugeot, Motobécane, etc., from the 1970s–80s) and set off on a fun 2-hour road trip through the villages, vineyards and châteaux of the Saint-Émilion appellation, with a few forays into Pomerol and Montagne Saint-Émilion. The route is accessible to participants who meet the requirements, even without previous experience riding a two-wheeled vehicle.
The experience
• Welcome at Château Vieux Clos, 1 km from the centre of Saint-Émilion
• Safety briefing, familiarisation with the moped and provision of a helmet
• 2-hour ride accompanied by Mob & Wine
• Exploration of the UNESCO-listed wine-growing landscapes
• Return to the château where you started
• Optional, on return: tour and tasting at Château Vieux Clos (€10 per person, to be paid on the spot)
