First, visit Hoi An Central Market to buy ingredients for your cooking class. Experience the bustle of the morning market and interact directly with sellers. Your guide will introduce the ingredients needed for the class.

Then, we move to Water Coconut forest by - a historical heritage site in Hoi An. We explore the Coconut Jungle in a local traditional boat called Bamboo Basket Boat. You can catch tiny crabs, take photos, enjoy the scenery, and even take a short spinning-boat ride.

After the boat trip, we begin our cooking class to make traditional Vietnamese dishes: Pho Bo (beef noodle soup), Banh Xeo (Vietnamese fried pancake), Banh Cuon (steamed rice paper roll), and Che (mung bean soup). Enjoy the dishes you have cooked.

At the end, transfer to a lantern-making workshop in Hoi An Old Town, where you will make and keep a handmade lantern as a signature souvenir from Hoi An.
