What you can expect

  • Explore Groningen like a local, not a tourist. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifth, this private walking tour connects you with a Lokafyer, a passionate local who tailors the experience entirely to you.

No groups. No scripts. Just a genuine connection and a walk shaped around your interests. Think of it as catching up with a local friend who loves their city and wants you to experience it beyond the obvious.

Depending on your vibe, you might:
    • Stumble on a hidden courtyard café locals adore
    • Dive into street art and culture
    • Hear personal stories that bring areas to life
    • Get local tips on where to eat, wander, or shop

    This tour is ideal for:
    • First-time visitors wanting orientation
    • Curious travellers seeking authentic, local spots
    • People who prefer real conversations over rehearsed facts

“It felt like hanging out with someone who actually lives here not being dragged around on a tour.” - recent Lokafy traveller.
