Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

High Atlas

Depart Marrakech with your driver and travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping at scenic viewpoints to admire traditional Berber villages, winding mountain roads, and panoramic landscapes.

La Kasbah d'Aït Ben Haddou

Explore the UNESCO-listed Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most iconic fortified villages and a renowned filming location. Walk through its narrow lanes, admire the traditional earthen architecture, and enjoy panoramic views from the upper part of the ksar.

Ouarzazate

Stop in Ouarzazate, known as Morocco’s gateway to the Sahara and a major filming destination. Enjoy free time for lunch and photos, followed by an optional visit to Taourirt Kasbah. Continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs towards the Valley of the Roses.

Boumalne Dades

Arrive in Boumalne Dades and explore the scenic Dades Valley, known for its dramatic landscapes, traditional villages, and distinctive rock formations. Visit the famous “Monkey Fingers” and stop at a panoramic viewpoint before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

Todgha Gorge

After breakfast, travel through the Dades Valley and stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the dramatic Dades Gorges. Continue to Todra Gorge, where towering rock walls carved by the Todra River create one of Morocco’s most impressive natural landscapes. Enjoy time to walk through the gorge before continuing towards the palm groves of Tinjdad and Touroug for lunch.

Merzouga

Arrive in Merzouga and begin a dromedary ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, with time to enjoy the Sahara sunset. Continue to your desert camp for traditional tea, dinner, Berber music, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.

Pass through Rissani, a historic town known for its traditional market and connection to Morocco’s Alaouite dynasty, before continuing towards the Draa Valley and Marrakech.

Travel through the desert towns of Alnif and Tazarine before crossing the scenic Draa Valley, known for its vast palm groves, traditional villages, and ancient kasbahs.

Marrakech (Pass by)

Continue through Agdz, a historic stop along former caravan routes, then travel via Ouarzazate and the High Atlas Mountains. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel, riad, or another agreed location in Marrakech.
